I made the job more difficult than needed to be

January 29, 2008

I’ve been doing this work for twenty years and I really pride myself on listening to the client. But I guess I was too confident or something this time. I just made my faux finish twice as difficult as it needed to be because I didn’t ask enough questions about the finish he was looking for. Of course I got the job done and just as he wanted but I wasted a lot of time. We must always listen and pay attention no matter how often you’ve done something.
