Brick wall faux painting technique

I remember being so excited because my client asked me create a faux brick wall for her farmhouse kitchen. I thought that it was about time since I taught the finish on one of my videos.

When I made my Rocks, Blocks, and Bricks dvd, that was the first time I ever did a brick texture. With most things I’ve usually painted them several times but not the brick technique. It was actually easier to teach without having done it because I really had to formulate the steps in my head before I demonstrated on camera.

It’s a popular techniques in that people want to learn I just rarly get asked to create this for other people. It’s very rewarding for everyone whose done this finish.
